favs.golf is run by Sellorate, a company registered in Thailand (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Your account
You need an account to log courses. Keep access to your email or Google account safe, because that is how you sign in. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use favs.golf.
Your content
Your rounds, notes and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them back to you so the site works. Only upload photos you took or have the right to use.
When you add a course, you let us include its details in the shared course list for everyone, and to correct, merge or remove entries to keep the list accurate.
Fair use
- Don’t add fake or misleading courses, or spam the course list.
- Don’t upload anything illegal, offensive or that belongs to someone else.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get round the security of the site, or scrape it in bulk.
We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Course information
Course details come from our own list and from golfers, and may be out of date or wrong. Check with the course before you travel or book.
The service
favs.golf is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever close the site, we’ll give you notice first, and send you a copy of your data if you ask.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on course information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Closing your account
You can stop using favs.golf at any time and ask us to delete your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
